About the role

Working independently and as part of a team, you will support autistic and neurodivergent children and young people to access highly personalised programmes of study in one of the Society’s specialist schools.

You’ll work 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday during school terms.

About you

While experience is valued, it is not essential to have previously worked in an education setting or with autistic individuals. Our comprehensive induction, training, and mentoring will equip you with the skills and tools needed to succeed.

We ask that you are willing to learn, able to use your initiative, and have a drive and resilience for this demanding role. You should be friendly, approachable, and possess good communication skills to build positive relationships with staff and pupils.
