Job summary

Cabot Learning Federation is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 2 at Summerhill Academy in Bristol. You will support pupils with additional needs, delivering planned activities and adapting to individual needs to enable curriculum access and attainment.

You will work with teachers and pastoral staff to foster learning, wellbeing and engagement, with opportunities for professional development and progression within CLF’s academy network.

Qualifications

• Be committed to a high-performing, inclusive school.
• Knowledge of safeguarding requirements and behaviour management.
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification and continuing development.

Responsibilities

• Support students one-to-one, in small groups, and in whole-class activities.
• Implement planned learning activities and teaching programmes with flexibility.
• Deliver measurable impact on student attainment and social-emotional wellbeing.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teaching and pastoral teams to ensure each student is supported.
