Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work well as part of a team with a flexible approach.
• Excellent communication skills, including IT.
• Level 2 English and Mathematics
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• Strong understanding of how to support teaching and learning
• Good understanding of how to support the development of behaviour, emotional and social skills
• Ability to sensitively support personal care needs of learners

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting teaching and learning activities as part of the student support team.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and safe learning environment.
• Provide support to learners to help them engage with lessons and activities.
