Job summary

Supply Desk Ltd in Hillingdon is partnering with a friendly primary/SEN school to recruit a Level 2 Teaching Assistant. This full-time role supports pupils with a nurturing approach, helping them engage with learning and develop socially and academically.

You will work 1:1 and in groups, assist with lesson delivery, adapt materials for individual needs, and support IEPs and behaviour strategies within a supportive team. DBS update service preferred or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working with children in schools, nurseries or care settings.
• DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups.

Supply Desk is pleased to be working with a friendly and inclusive school in the Hillingdon area to recruit a committed Level 2 Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in a nurturing environment and contribute to their academic and personal development.

This role is ideal for individuals with a Level 2 qualification and some experience working with children, either in schools, care, or support settings.

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the classroom, including those with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, and SEMH. You will work closely with the class teacher to ensure pupils feel supported, engaged, and able to thrive.
