Job summary

Rowlatts Mead Primary Academy in Leicester is seeking passionate Teaching Assistants to support delivery of high quality lessons and to nurture and inspire pupils from diverse backgrounds. The role is fixed-term until the end of the 2027 academic year, with a December 2026 start and 31.25 hours per week.

You will work within a welcoming team, collaborating closely with teachers to ensure exceptional support for learners, good attendance, punctuality and safeguarding during daily activities.

Qualifications

• Equivalent of grades A-C in Maths and English (desirable).
• Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable).
• Knowledge of the primary curriculum and its delivery.
