An exciting opportunity awaits at a developing school in Bryncoch for dedicated Temporary Teaching Assistants. This role is focused on supporting students with severe and profound learning needs, ensuring their welfare and promoting a positive learning environment. Successful candidates will work 32 hours per week during term time, contributing to a team committed to safeguarding and enhancing the educational experience of young learners. Salary: £24,790- £26,409 per annum (pro-rata’d) (£18,524 - £19,733 actual - 32 hours per week term-time only)
The Governors wish to appoint the above teaching assistants with effect from March 2025 to work within this exciting and developing school, including our satellite provision at Afan College.
Experience of working in a school with pupils with severe/profound learning needs is essential. Successful applicants must be able to work in a team and show initiative.
