Applicants must hold Swim England or STA Level 2, possess a positive, can-do attitude, and have strong communication with swimmers and parents.

Qualifications

• A recognised swimming teaching qualification (Swim England or STA Level 2).
• A passion for teaching and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport with swimmers and parents.
• This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality swimming lessons that inspire, motivate, and develop swimmers of all ages and abilities.
• Create fun and engaging sessions and be part of a supportive team at our leisure centres.
