About Us:

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. If you hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years and have a strong commitment to supporting children's development, we want to hear from you! Experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring that all children engage in a range of exciting and developmentally appropriate activities.

Work closely with the Nursery Teacher to provide both individual and group support for children in a safe and nurturing environment.

Promote the emotional, social, and intellectual development of children through engaging play and learning experiences.

Assist with planning, organizing, and maintaining learning resources and activities.

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for each child.

Support children with additional learning needs (SEN) as required, adapting activities to meet their individual needs.

Help with the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the setting remains clean, safe, and conducive to learning.

Key Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).

Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.

A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Passionate about working with children and providing a nurturing environment.

Excellent communication skills and a team player who can collaborate effectively with staff, children, and parents.

Patience, flexibility, and a caring approach.

Knowledge and experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) is an advantage, though not essential.
