Job summary

Busy Bees is a leading UK nursery group seeking an Early Years Educator at Busy Bees Bexleyheath to foster intellectual, social and emotional development in a high-quality setting.

You will plan and deliver activities, provide a safe, inclusive learning environment, assume Key Person responsibilities with families, and track progress through observations and assessments. A Level 2 qualification and under-5 experience are desired.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
