Job description

A new outstanding family-run nursery in Catford is seeking a Level 2 practitioner to join their team.

The nursery has a Baby Room for a maximum of 6 babies aged 3-12 months and a Pre-School Room for up to 20 children aged 3-4 years.

The manager is looking for someone who is warm, caring, kind, and passionate about childcare.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 40 hours per week. Please only apply if you can commit to:

• Monday to Friday
• Shifts between 8am-6pm

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare
• Experience working with Early Years
• Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to complete one)
• Understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding, and EYFS
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Responsibilities include:

• Working in a team alongside the Room Leader
• Following nursery policies and procedures
