Job description

L2/L3 Early Years Educator – Hammersmith & Fulham – Immediate Start - Up to £33,000 per annum

We are seeking Level 2, Level 3, or higher qualified Early Years Educators to join a wonderful nursery school in Hammersmith & Fulham. This is a full-term, all-year-round, permanent role that is set to begin as soon as possible or in September.

The role

As an Early Years Educator, your responsibilities will include nurturing creativity, curiosity, and development in young children. You will bring the nursery's curriculum to life, motivating children to dream boldly, think independently, and explore their surroundings confidently. With access to cutting-edge resources and training, you'll have the opportunity to ignite young minds while enhancing your own skills throughout your career.

The ideal Early Years Educator

  • Hold a Level 2, Level 3, or higher Early Years Education qualification
  • Have strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and pedagogy
  • Proven ability to engage children in learning through effective communication and understanding of their needs
  • Serve as a positive role model
  • Maintain a flexible, "can-do" attitude
  • Demonstrate a passion for working with young children
