Connaught Resourcing is seeking a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner for a nursery in Ealing. The role is full-time with training toward Level 3, supporting high standards and EYFS compliance.

The successful candidate will have GCSEs (5-9 / A-C) and a full Level 2 in Early Years, with a commitment to safeguarding and children’s welfare. DBS checks will be carried out as part of recruitment.

Qualifications

• GCSE grades 5-9 / A-C are required.
• Full and relevant Level 2 in Early Years.
• Demonstrated safeguarding knowledge and safeguarding procedures.

Responsabilités

• Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard while adhering to EYFS.
• Create inspiring and safe learning environments in line with children's needs and nursery guidelines.
• Ensure children's safety and welfare through safeguarding procedures.
