We are a childminders based in Derriford, Plymouth, providing full support for our children and their families. Our clients are word of mouth through parents. There are four adults who work on different days and at different times to provide care for the children.

You will receive specific on the job training from the employer in your workplace at Tiny Tinkers Childminders.
Off the job training of 6 hours per week will be delivered through weekly sessions with Achievement Training.
You will develop knowledge, skills, and behaviour so that by the end of the practical period your employer is satisfied that you are consistently working at, or above, the level set out in the standard.
