Chaiquinta Pet Hotel and Grooming Salon has been established since 1984 with the main aim to care for the animal’s welfare to the highest standard possible whilst maintaining a homely personal approach to all our beloved guests. We provide boarding, doggie day-care, puppy playschool, socialisation, and grooming for cats, dogs, and other small animals.
Upon completion, the right candidate will have the opportunity for long-term employment and to progress as a team leader or coordinator. The employer likes to grow their team from within. There may also be an opportunity to progress onto the Level 3 apprenticeship.
Chaiquinta Pet Hotel is a busy and active 5* pet hotel that offers a wide range of services. They are the largest pet hotel in Yorkshire and surrounding areas and offer 5* care.
Their team consists of some of the nicest and best in their field.
Animal care and welfare assistant Level 2 is required. Functional skills may be required.
All training will be provided on-site during your paid working hours. Your day-to-day mentoring will be with your employer, and a combination of online and in-person monthly sessions will be held with your Haddon Training Trainer Coach.
The employer works on a rota system over a 7-day period. Successful candidates will work 5 days per week. Working hours will be 6:45 am - 12 pm and 3 pm - 6 pm, so applicants must be able to travel to and from the premises twice per day. Weekend hours vary.
