Job summary

Reactive Recruitment is sourcing Nursery Practitioners for the Hykeham site in Lincoln LN6. The role is a full-time position working 40+ hours per week with a choice of 4 or 5 days.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Childcare Qualification, demonstrate strong communication, organisation and customer service skills, and contribute to a home-from-home environment for children under care. Excellent induction, training and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Hold a full and relevant Early Years Childcare Qualification Level 2 or 3.

Responsibilities

• To work as part of a team and provide a home from home environment for all children
• To keep and maintain accurate records and reports
• To model best practice in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• To support the Room Leader to ensure the highest standards of Early Years care and Education across the setting
