Job summary

Simply Education Ltd in Lincoln is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a central Lincoln nursery from September 2026. The role offers £23,000–£27,500 per annum, permanent long-term opportunity, and shifts 7:00am–6:00pm across 4 or 5 days.

You will deliver high-quality care, follow EYFS, and support children's development. The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 Early Years/Nursery qualification, has nursery experience, is caring and reliable, and can work well within a team with dedicated

Qualifications

• Holds a recognised Level 3 Early Years/Nursery qualification.
• Has experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• Has a caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Is reliable, professional and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to children within the nursery setting.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Follow the EYFS framework and contribute to children's learning journeys.
