Job summary

Empowering Learning Group in Stockton on Tees is seeking Level 2 & 3 Early Years Practitioners to join their nursery teams. You will support development from babies to primary age, engage in play-based learning, and contribute to a safe, nurturing environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, enthusiastic and team-spirited, with safeguarding awareness and a willingness to work across age ranges. DBS updates or purchases are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 or 3 in Early Years.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to purchase a new Enhanced DBS.
• Two years of professional work and/or education references.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development.
• Plan and participate in engaging activities.
• Provide a warm, caring and nurturing environment.
• Work with children from babies through to primary school age.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and Early Years procedures.
