At Little Green Rascals, were looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join our team at our Tadcaster Road and Minster Yard settings. To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Pay: £25,834 - £26,624 per annum *depending on qualification and nursery location (Based on 40 hours)

Working Hours: Full time, 38 hours over 4 days, Monday to Friday from 8am - 6pm (one weekday off) Part-Time also considered over 2 or 3 full days.

• Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Monitor and celebrate childrens development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
• Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
• Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others
