Job summary

Magic Words Therapy is seeking a fully qualified Speech & Language Therapist to join our Greenwich clinic and surrounding settings. The role requires registration with RCSLT and HCPC and a passion for working with children with diverse speech and language needs.

The post offers a full-time or part-time contract, with a salary range of £30,327 to £45,450 per year and London weighting for central/outer London roles.

Job Detail
Contract type: Full time / Part time
Location: Based from our Greenwich clinic, as well as schools and settings local to the area.
Essential: RCSLT and HCPC registered; fully qualified Speech & Language Therapist. Experience and passion for supporting clients with complex needs / a broad range of speech, language, and communication needs.
Desirable: Level 2 / 3 would be ideal for this position, however Level 1 SaLTS with experience in complex needs would be considered and are welcome to apply. Dysphagia experience would also be ideal, though not essential.
Salary: £30,327 to £45,450 p/a, dependent on level of experience. (up to 20% London weighting applied for roles based in central London, 15% for outer London). This includes 11.5 weeks per year of paid annual leave (aligned with school holidays) and other benefits.
Job start date: October-November 2026
Please note: we are a predominantly paediatric service with a well‑established, diverse children’s caseload. Our adult provision is growing and developing. Applicants interested in a mixed post should be aware that the the caseload is currently weighted towards paediatrics, with some adult work.
