Job summary

Springwell Learning Community Lincolnshire, part of The Wellspring Academy Trust, is seeking a TA1 to join our dedicated team. This part-time role (32.5 hours) runs Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:00, with a focus on supporting pupils in small classes and helping them become successful learners.

You will work alongside a supportive staff group to enhance pupils' behaviour, education and opportunities, with a commitment to high-quality professional development and care for students with SEMH needs.

Please note: this is a part time role but still over five days: hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 15:00 (32.5 hours)
