Employment Opportunity
The Board of Trustees wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Level 1 EYFS and SEND Personal Care Assistant to become part of our Harmony Trust Development Team Inclusion Service. The post holder will initially be deployed to Village Primary Academy.

As a Trust we are working to our commitment within the strategic plan to develop specialist provision through the Inclusion Hub model and Early Years Model. This is to enable an integrated offer for those children who need it most and to provide families with greater choice for their child’s education. The successful candidate will work as part of the Inclusion Service team and will be line managed by the SENDCO. The role will include personal care for our pupils including supporting toileting and feeding where needed.

The Harmony Trust was established in February 2014 and currently has 15 schools. This brings with it exciting opportunities for career progression and development for existing and future employees.

The successful candidate will have:
• Literacy and numeracy skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team working skills
• Knowledge of communication strategies for pupils with Autistic Spectrum Condition
• Willingness to undertake relevant training
