Responsibilities

  • Inspecting, servicing, and testing LEV systems, fume cupboards, and safety cabinets.
  • Identifying system issues and recommending repairs.
  • Completing service reports.

Education

Minimum BOHS P601 certification
Additional certifications such as P602

Tools

HEPA filter testing
Particle counting
Pressure testing

We are seeking a hardworking LEV Engineer to join an industry-leading Critical Air / Clean Air specialist, renowned within the industry. Due to ongoing growth across the Midlands, we require an individual with strong technical knowledge and a well-rounded skillset, who can start immediately. The successful candidate can expect attractive salaries, excellent overtime and training opportunities, among other benefits.

Candidate Location:

Candidates based within Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Rugby, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Tamworth, Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Dudley, West Bromwich, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Penkridge, Lichfield, Burton upon Trent, Swadlincote, Leicester, Daventry, Derby, Nottingham will be considered.

Experience / Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an LEV Engineer within a Clean Air / Critical Air environment
  • Minimum BOHS P601 certification
  • Additional certifications such as P602 are advantageous
  • Flexible to travel as per company requirements
  • Strong knowledge of COSHH and HSG 258
  • Good IT and literacy skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting, servicing, and testing LEV systems, fume cupboards, and safety cabinets
  • HEPA filter testing
  • Particle counting
  • Pressure testing
  • Identifying system issues and recommending repairs
  • Completing service reports
  • Meeting clients to provide project updates and technical advice
  • Working within pharmaceutical and medical environments
