Job summary

Zurich Insurance is seeking an experienced Engineer Surveyor (LEV/Electrical) to service the Castle Donnington area. The role offers flexible part-time, job-share and full-time options, with emphasis on self-managed diaries and client relations.

You will perform statutory inspections, report findings, and travel within a reasonable radius from home. The ideal candidate has Level 3 engineering qualifications, LEV/inspection credentials, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of engineering practice and local inspection standards.
• Professional qualifications for SAFEd governance and electrical/LEV work.
• Experience with statutory inspections and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on statutory inspections and provide expert judgement.
• Report findings using a rugged laptop and issue electronically to clients.
• Travel within geographic area and maintain client relationships.

Education

A Level 3 qualification in engineering
