Key responsibilities of a Valuations Manager

Managing a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants. Leading by example, delegating tasks, and motivating your team and new recruits while ensuring they receive the training and support needed to succeed and grow in their careers.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Valuations Manager

• Preferably experienced Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager, or Senior Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuer looking to progress
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Proven experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A Full UK driving licence
