Job summary

EMAT is recruiting a Lettings Supervisor for Prince William School in Oundle. You will open and close the school site for lettings and events, ensuring hirers can access facilities and that information is available to visitors and contractors.

You will prepare rooms, secure the site after events, set and unset alarms, and handle ad-hoc weekend openings. DBS checks and safeguarding are integral to the role.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the school site and relevant buildings for lettings, events and other authorised activities.
• Ensure hirers can access the facilities and areas included within their booking.
• Welcome hirers, visitors and contractors and provide appropriate information regarding the facilities.
• Ensure rooms and facilities are appropriately prepared and accessible before the start of a letting or event.
• Secure buildings, gates and other areas of the school site at the end of lettings and events.
• Set and unset alarms as required and ensure the site is left safe and secure.
• Undertake ad-hoc opening and closing of the school site for weekend events, fixtures, meetings and other activities as required.
