Lettings Property Manager / Lettings Coordinator - Warwick - Part Time - £13.50 per hour

My client is an established and well-respected Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been at the heart of Leamington Spa and Warwick since 2001, serving the community and providing a professional estate agency service in the area. They are now looking for a Lettings Coordinator / Property Manager to support the company growth. The role is Part Time working Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Main Duties:

  1. Develop and maintain a good professional relationship with landlords and tenants.
  2. Build connections with suppliers and contractors.
  3. Be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants.
  4. Manage the reference process for new tenants.
  5. Work to generate new business.
  6. Keep landlords up to date with information about their property.
  7. Visit properties as appropriate.
  8. Arrange & co-ordinate the property inspections schedule.
  9. Co-ordinate the end of tenancy process including negotiating agreement with landlords and tenants regarding any tenancy deposit dispute.
  10. Experience in the Tenant Deposit ADR process is preferable.
  11. Able to work to pre-set processes & procedures.

Property Manager / Lettings Coordinator Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Lettings NFOPP qualification preferred.
  2. Previous experience of at least 2 years in a Lettings role.
  3. Up to date knowledge of current lettings legislation essential.
  4. Excellent customer service skills.
  5. Full driving licence and access to own car essential.
  6. Possess good computer skills, including MS Office and previous use of databases.
  7. Good standard of education including a minimum of GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  8. Flexible in hours of work dependent on business needs.
