You will be responsible for conducting property inspections, handling maintenance, and building relationships with tenants and landlords. The ideal candidate will have property management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Lettings Property Manager - Birmingham City Centre - up to £30k Negotiable (Parking Provided)

A leading, independent Lettings brand based in Birmingham City Centre are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join this dynamic team. As a Property Manager you will have responsibility for a portfolio of managed properties and your duties will include pro-active and reactive maintenance, property inspections, organisation of safety certificates, relationship building with tenants and Landlords and much more. The role will involve some out of office appointments inspecting the condition of managed properties, checking in new tenants and checking out old tenants so the successful applicant must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, handling pro-active and reactive maintenance
  • Conduct property inspections and coordinate safety certificates
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords
  • Attend out-of-office appointments to inspect properties, check in new tenants and checkout exiting tenants
  • Work independently as well as part of a team to ensure high-quality service
