Key responsibilities of a Lettings Lister/Valuer:

The main purpose of the role is to win listings and secure new instructions for properties to market, while ensuring every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic manner to build rapport.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in Estate Agency, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or an Estate Agent seeking progression
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence
