About the Opportunity

A high-profile residential landlord in one of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods is seeking an experienced Lettings Portfolio Manager to join their established team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a sizeable and varied residential portfolio (circa 300 units), including keyworker and social housing tenancies, within a well-respected and long-standing estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day tenancy management of approximately 300 residential properties.
  • Managing letting agents: performance monitoring, compliance, and marketing coordination.
  • Drafting tenancy agreements and overseeing referencing and financial onboarding.
  • Conducting annual rent reviews and issuing legal notices in line with legislation.
  • Collaborating with finance and legal teams on debt recovery and pre-tenancy invoicing.
  • Handling deposit registration and terminations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate data reporting for monthly lettings performance tracking.
  • Building strong relationships with agents, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Participating in cross-team initiatives and providing support during peak periods or absences.

Ideal Candidate

  • Industry Experience: Strong background in residential property, especially in administrative or high-volume roles.
  • Qualifications: ARLA-qualified with sound understanding of rental legislation, including pending reforms.
  • Tech Skills: Experience with property management systems such as Horizon and Vicinity CRM preferred.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Local Housing Allowance frameworks and Housing Benefit policies.
  • Personality: Highly organised, detail-focused, and customer service-driven.
  • Team Ethos: Cooperative and adaptable, with a willingness to assist colleagues when needed.
