Connells Group in Birmingham is recruiting a Lettings Negotiator to join the Accord residential lettings team. You will deliver exceptional service, drive lettings results and work within a supportive, high-performance environment.

The role offers industry-leading training, clear progression paths across Lettings, Sales, Mortgage Services, Land and New Homes, with a basic salary of £25k plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or sales environments preferred, with a track record of customer care.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-organised, numerate and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiating rental terms and agreeing lets.
• Progressing lets through to move-in.
