Your role- Enquiries and Viewings Account Manager (Lettings Negotiator)
At X1, we ensure that every customer journey is the best that it can be. Customer service and tenant satisfaction is key and by being a part of the X1 team, you will be expected to contribute to this - first and last impressions are everything. You will be the face of X1 and we are looking for someone friendly, well-presented, helpful and professional at all times.

Your primary tasks will be:
· Creating property adverts
· Responding to enquiries
· Booking in viewings
· Conducting viewings
· Sending out application paperwork
· Telephone answering
· Web chat
· Other ad-hoc duties

Department:Lettings
Salary -starting from £23,809 per annum plus monthly commission
Location:Manchester Media City
Contract type:Permanent, full time
Hours:9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday
