Our client, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Loughton area, is looking to employ a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. They have consistently been market leaders this year and to continue this success, they are looking for an individual with extensive experience to join the team.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

• 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00
• Every Saturday | 09:00 – 17:00
• Day in Lieu

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role, you must have:

• Experience winning instructions
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• The determination to push a branch forward
• Full UK driving license
• Experience completing the full lettings lifecycle
• A full understanding of legalities surrounding lettings
