Job description

Davis Tate is looking to hire an experienced Estate Agency Lettings Negotiator to be based at our Henley on Thames office. The position offers a competitive package dependent on experience.

The primary responsibility is to contribute towards generating and maintaining profitable sales within the office area. The role involves working as part of the office team to achieve office targets as outlined in the business plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work as a member of the office team to achieve sales targets.
  2. Achieve personal sales targets.
  3. Undertake specific actions as instructed by the Sales/Branch Manager(s).
  4. Be a team member within the network of offices and services.
  5. Refer and promote the network at all times.
  6. Uphold Core Values and All Property Matters ethos consistently.
  7. Act as an ambassador of Davis Tate both inside and outside of working hours.
  8. Meet and greet visitors, register, book viewings and valuations, and carry out viewings.
  9. Respond promptly to website referrals, contacting clients to register, book viewings, and valuations where appropriate.
  10. Possess good IT skills.
  11. Work in accordance with defined policies and procedures.
  12. Demonstrate strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  13. Multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  14. Adapt to changes in the economic climate.
  15. Maintain a positive team attitude.
  16. Possess good administrative skills.
  17. Have customer-facing skills, including remaining calm under pressure and building strong relationships with a varied audience.
  18. Use own judgment effectively in decision-making.
  19. A valid driving license is essential.

The working schedule is Monday to Friday, with one in three Saturdays, compensated with a day off in lieu during the week prior to the Saturday worked.
