Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Chapeltown, Sheffield, as we are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full-time, permanent basis.

This branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a Negotiator You Will

1. Register customers and carry out property matches for lettings properties.
2. Generate and conduct property viewings.
3. Negotiate offers between all parties.
4. Maximise branch income by cross-selling other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
5. Display excellent customer service at all times.

Industry Experience Is Required For This Opportunity

In return, we offer:

1. On Target Earning (OTE) pay circa £25,000 plus per annum.
2. 6 months guaranteed commission pay.
3. 5-day working week, including Saturdays on rota.
