An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join a well established and rapidly growing residential property company specializing in the Build to Rent sector. This company is backed by private equity and has ambitious expansion plans, with a strong presence in the market and a commitment to delivering high quality rental housing.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences in rental properties.
2. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants.
3. Negotiate rental agreements and terms with clients.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local rental market.
5. Assist in the marketing of rental properties to attract potential tenants.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in property lettings or sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the Build to Rent sector is a plus.
