As a lettings negotiator, you will help tenants find suitable properties, support landlords through the renting process from marketing to move-in, and provide excellent customer service to all parties involved.

You will report to the Branch Director.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing applicants daily
2. Conducting professional viewings
3. Updating landlords on all matters
4. Negotiating offers
5. Collecting deposits and tenancy monies
6. Overseeing tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks
7. Ensuring legal compliance on offers
8. Providing high levels of customer service
