Assistant Branch Manager

OTE: £35,000, Uncapped Commission, Career Progression, Car Allowance

We’re looking for a highly motivated Assistant Branch Manager - Estate Agent to help lead our residential sales team in Waterlooville at our well-known Mann estate agency.

This is a great opportunity for an Estate Agent seeking progression and aiming to step into their first branch management role in residential sales. This branch provides a platform to excel as a manager with support from a dedicated Area Manager and team, helping you grow market share and develop your career.

Key responsibilities of an Assistant Branch Manager – Estate Agent

Managing a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional estate agency service. Leading by example, delegating tasks to exceed performance standards and targets. Maximizing opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions. Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support needed to succeed in their careers.

Skills and experience required

  • Preferably an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuer looking to progress
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Proven experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence
