Join Our Team as a Lettings Negotiator at William H Brown- Connells Group in Pontefract

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our lettings portfolio by generating new business opportunities, securing tenants for landlords and sourcing new landlords to join us.

Your ability to identify potential leads, build relationships, and convert opportunities into business will be instrumental in achieving company objectives.

Your Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, You’ll generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion .

What We're Looking For:

• Preferably an experienced sales person
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Exceptional customer care/service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must hold a Full UK driving license.
