About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator who will develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our fantastic residential Corporate Property Services Lettings team in Nottingham. This entry-level role involves learning all aspects of the Corporate Lettings business, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our larger clients. You will undergo an industry-leading development and training program from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations via local branches, agree & progress let’s through to move-in.

Skills and Experience

• Preferably experienced Lettings professional
• Able to perform within a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
