We are seeking a driven and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our high-performing Norwich team. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your lettings career with a reputable, supportive, and dynamic estate agency brand.

As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Norwich, you will receive:

  • £30,000-£35,000 OTE per year, depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission
  • Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required*)
  • Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays, and 9am to 5pm every other Saturday

How you will make an impact:

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Secure new tenancies
  • Generate leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Continue your training and development with close support from your mentor
