Pear Recruitment – Lettings Negotiator – Islington

Salary - £24,000, plus Commission

Driver not essential – Company Car or Car Allowance available

Working Hours- Monday – Friday – 9am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 2pm (5-day week)

As a Lettings Negotiator, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of the property rental market, engaging with clients and tenants to secure the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities
  • Registering new applicants and matching them with suitable properties
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Building relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies to move in
  • Uploading properties to portals and social media
  • Keeping up with compliance
About you
  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Full UK driving licence (Not essential)
