Property Personnel Ltd in London is recruiting a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join its busy team in Sheen. No previous lettings experience is required as full on-the-job training is provided, and candidates with target-driven sales backgrounds are welcome. You will support the lettings process from viewings to landlord feedback.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and a willingness to commute locally. Basic salary is £24,000 with on-target earnings around £40,000, plus a car allowance.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. You will be working a 5 day week.
