Job summary

Connells Group in Crawley is seeking a proactive Lettings Negotiator to deliver outstanding service to tenants and landlords alike. You will generate rental valuations, conduct viewings, and negotiate lets, driving growth across a busy lettings portfolio.

The role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission, ambitious career progression, and industry-leading training within a market-leading property services business. A full UK driving licence is required, with access to your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
