Job summary

Connells in Witney is seeking a Lettings Manager to lead a residential lettings team, drive performance and growth, and maintain excellent service for landlords and tenants. You will oversee day-to-day lettings operations, valuations support, and strong market relationships.

The role requires proven managerial lettings experience, leadership skills, and a full UK driving licence. Connells offers strong progression, extensive training, ARLA qualification funding, and a competitive OTE package.

You will oversee day-to-day lettings operations, support valuations and listings, and build strong, long-term relationships within the local property market. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you can make a real impact while progressing your career.
