Our team's extensive industry expertise and local knowledge help people find, sell, and let properties.

We are excited to offer a full-time, permanent Lettings & Investment Manager position in Didsbury, Greater Manchester, with an OTE salary of £30,000 - £35,000.

About the Role
  1. Accountable for overall Branch Lettings Performance and budget achievement
  2. Delivering exceptional customer service as the market figurehead
  3. Becoming the ‘go-to' person for BTL investors
  4. Motivating and developing the team to create ‘A Great Place to Work'
  5. Maintaining a leading market share with significant margins
  6. Proven track record in acquiring new managed business
  7. Supporting the Regional Lettings Director in business direction and team integration
Candidate Qualities
  1. Excellent customer feedback and complaint handling skills, trained to resolve issues quickly
  2. Strong team player aligned with company values and behaviours
  3. ARLA qualification completed
