THE ROLE
As a Lettings Coordinator, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of properties with duties that include:

- Conducting property viewings and building landlord relationships
- Organising inspections, managing visits, and arranging necessary remedial work
- Swiftly responding to tenant queries and maintenance issues
- Exceeding landlord management expectations
- Managing tenancy renewals and negotiating agreements

THE CANDIDATE
