Hays are recruiting for a permanent Lettings Coordinator. This role is based in Manchester. Previous property/lettings experience is essential, and flexibility is required for this role.

Your new role

You will provide excellent customer service over the phone, by email, and in person. Responsibilities include acting on leads and inquiries, delivering on KPIs, supporting the admin team, assisting with referencing, providing advice, and upselling when suitable. You will build relationships, deliver outstanding customer care and service, ensure customer information is recorded accurately, ensure customers receive relevant marketing, update the system, act on inbound calls and emails, follow up on leads and inquiries, ensure referencing is carried out and criteria met, contribute positive ideas, and perform any other duties required by the management team.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience working in real estate/property, strong IT skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, a full UK driving licence, and be comfortable working in sales. You should be motivated with a willingness to learn. Flexibility to work hours including some evenings and weekends is also required.
