Lettings Coordinator

Location: Ealing

Type: Temporary, Full Time

Join a leading Housing Association in Ealing supporting social housing tenants through the lettings and relet process. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.

The Role

We’re looking for a Lettings Co-ordinator to assist tenants in vacating their homes and support internal transfers within social housing.

  • Providing housing options in line with policies, procedures, and nomination agreements
  • Managing all admin duties related to the relet process
  • Keeping accurate records throughout the void process
  • Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting colleagues by covering other patches when needed
  • Responding to customer queries quickly and effectively
  • Liaising with Local Authorities, contractors, and residents
The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a lettings, housing, or allocations-based role and be confident in delivering excellent customer service.

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused housing role
  • Understanding of Choice Based Lettings and the social housing sector
  • Knowledge of Government legislation on homelessness and lettings
  • Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
The Contract

Working Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

Length of Contract: 3 Month Contract, Temp to Perm Opportunity

Rate: £19.70 per hour LTD / £16.90 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay)
