Our highly successful Swindon Branch is looking for an experienced estate agent with a strong listing background. As a Lettings Client Manager, you will need to:
  1. Assist the manager in developing the largest market share for on-market and under-offer properties. Ensure all personal and branch activity and income targets are exceeded.
  2. Take responsibility for managing the MA generation section of the opportunity report and achieving all follow-up activities on time.
  3. Produce high conversion levels of Market Appraisals to full-service sole agency instructions and third-party sales.
  4. Create high-quality marketing materials, including photographs, descriptions, and web marketing.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service at all times to encourage commendations and recommendations.
  6. Act as a point of contact in the manager’s absence to ensure the branch's continuous success.
  7. Assist the manager with the structure and organisation of the office.
The ideal candidate will:
  1. Have previous Estate Agency experience along with proven success in a similar role.
  2. Possess excellent communication skills over the telephone and face-to-face to develop strong working relationships.
  3. Have previous listing experience.
  4. Be target-driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement.
  5. Be capable of acting as a role model by adhering to company standards while exceeding activity and income targets.
  6. Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times.
  7. Display high standards of service and presentation.
  8. Have good organisational skills.
  9. Be ambitious and career-oriented.
  10. Own a car with a full driving license and be insured for business use.
  11. Have the legal right to work in the UK.
