Benefits of being a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in Walthamstow:
- Complete on-target earnings of £50,000+
- Basic salary up to £32,000 (dependent on experience)
- £2,500 for your first 3 months of employment, whilst you build your pipeline
- A Company Car, or a monthly car allowance
- Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm Monday-Friday, and 9am-5pm every other Saturday

Key responsibilities:
- Leading daily team meetings
- Coaching team members to achieve KPIs
- Monitoring and assessing individual performance
- Encouraging team development and progression
- Generating new and repeat business
- Building strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings
- Negotiating offers and tenancy agreements
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards
Essential skills:
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator level or higher
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement business plans
- Understanding of current legislation in residential lettings
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
